Shipping Destinations
All orders are shipped exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipments are not sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or any other US territories or possessions. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. The typical processing time is 1 to 2 business days from the moment you receive your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time within the contiguous United States is 4 to 5 business days. Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not from the order date. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days for delivery estimates.
Shipping Cost
We provide free shipping on every order placed on this website. There is no minimum purchase amount required. You will not be charged any shipping fees at checkout or after your order has been placed.
Carriers
We select from a group of established shipping carriers to deliver your package. Carriers may include national providers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional last-mile delivery services operating within the United States. The specific carrier for your order will be determined based on your delivery address and current carrier capacity. All carriers we work with offer online tracking services.
Order Tracking Information
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s official website to monitor the progress of your delivery. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to become visible online.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be modified. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may charge a reshipping fee or cancel the order and deduct the original shipping cost (if any) before issuing a refund. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We will provide reasonable assistance, including the shipping receipt and delivery confirmation, to support any claim you file with the carrier.
Delivery Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier strikes, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you via email if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
